ManyVids creators sell vids, custom vids and memberships. When those vids are copied to tube sites, file hosts and forums, each site that hosts a copy reviews a valid copyright notice and can remove it. We find the copies and file those notices for you.

## What ManyVids Creators Sell, and Why Leaks Cost Money
ManyVids describes itself as an [e-commerce platform serving adults (18+)](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44168974493971-Trust-Safety), where every uploader is verified and creators keep full ownership of their content. Creators earn from [vids, vid bundles, custom vids, Club memberships, store items, tips and Pay To Open messages](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44004301351443-Creator-Commission-Payout-Percentages), as well as tokens on MV Live.
Most of that income depends on a buyer paying for a vid. When the same vid is free on a tube site or file host, some buyers have less reason to pay for it, and a custom vid made for one member loses its value as a one-off.
## Where ManyVids Leaks Show Up
Creators commonly report a few patterns. Knowing them helps us decide where to look.
- Full vids re-uploaded to adult tube sites, often with your creator name in the title
- Files on file-sharing sites and file lockers, with links posted on forums
- Custom vids shared after delivery by the member who ordered them
- Copies uploaded to ManyVids itself by another account
- Pages that show up in search results for your creator name and link to copies elsewhere
### A Warning About "Leak" Sites
ManyVids [warns creators](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005641186963-I-found-my-vid-on-another-site-How-do-I-submit-a-DMCA-takedown-request) that several sites, usually with "leak" in the URL, claim to host leaked ManyVids content soon after it is posted, and that these are phishing sites that try to get visitors to download malicious files or give away personal information. Do not open them to check. Such a page may still show your teasers or thumbnails, and ManyVids asks creators to keep submitting those links so notices can be filed for them. You can send such links to us from your dashboard instead.
## What ManyVids Offers Its Creators
ManyVids [partners with DMCA Force and DigiRegs](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005641186963-I-found-my-vid-on-another-site-How-do-I-submit-a-DMCA-takedown-request) to scan the web regularly for vids pirated from its creators and to file takedown requests on their behalf. It says every vid is imprinted with a unique digital fingerprint so its partners can find copies. Where a vid stays up, you can send the link to MV Support through the form on that page, pointing to the page where the vid streams or, on a file-sharing site, the page where the file can be downloaded.
ManyVids is also open about the limits. It says some sites act on a takedown at once and others take time, that file lockers may take content down and have it re-uploaded, and that some sites are hosted [where the DMCA can't or won't be enforced](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005641186963-I-found-my-vid-on-another-site-How-do-I-submit-a-DMCA-takedown-request), so a takedown may not be actioned. For those sites, it says its partners can get them de-listed from major search engines.
## Filing Yourself or With AMP
You can use ManyVids' free routes, and you can also file notices yourself through each site's own DMCA form and through Google's removal form. That works, and it costs time: you have to find each copy, collect the exact URL and file every notice.

Your ManyVids vids are often only part of what leaks. Photos, clips you sell on other platforms and [leaked OnlyFans content](https://adultmodelprotection.com/services/remove-onlyfans-leaked-content) can end up on the same sites, and we file notices for those copies too.
## Copies Uploaded to ManyVids Itself
If another account uploads your vid to ManyVids, its help centre says to [report the vid](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005627816979-I-found-my-vids-posted-on-MV-without-my-permission-How-do-I-submit-a-takedown-request) with the Report button below it; people without a ManyVids account email help@manyvids.com with the links and a photo of themselves holding their ID. Copyright notices about material on ManyVids can also go to its Designated Agent, MVVERSE INC., at the email address in [ManyVids' DMCA policy](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44168981282323-DMCA-Policy-Procedure).
The policy says a copy of the notice [might be forwarded](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44168981282323-DMCA-Policy-Procedure) to the person who uploaded the material. The rights holder named on the notice is your model (stage) name, and ManyVids may show it to the uploader. ManyVids says [removal decisions are made by people](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/53677617491475-Complaints-Reports-Appeals-Policy) after manual review, and that if content is reinstated after a copyright report, the reporting party is notified and may appeal to a neutral third party at ManyVids' expense.
### Non-Consensual Content and Impersonation on ManyVids
ManyVids lists copyright infringement and [non-consensual content](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/53677617491475-Complaints-Reports-Appeals-Policy) as separate report types. The non-consensual route is for content posted without the consent of a person in it. For your own vids that someone copied and reposted, the copyright route is the one that fits, and ManyVids' own help pages send creators there.
When we checked ManyVids' help centre in October 2026, we found no separate impersonation form. A fake creator profile can be [reported through the three-dot menu](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005641281811-How-do-I-report-a-Vid-Private-message-Post-or-MV-Profile) on the profile. Impersonation is not a copyright case; impersonation account removal, on ManyVids and elsewhere, is part of the Luxe and higher plans.

## What a Notice Needs
[ManyVids' DMCA policy](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44168981282323-DMCA-Policy-Procedure) asks for the elements the DMCA sets out: your signature, contact details, a description of the work, where the copy is (preferably the URL), a good faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. ## How We Find Leaked ManyVids Content
Our team runs regular scans of Google, Bing, Yandex and more than 500 known leak and piracy sites, and searches manually, including in private groups.
- Reverse image searches on Google and Bing with the content assets you upload
- Manual searches by your creator names
- Searches for impersonation accounts that use your name or photos
- Links you submit yourself from your dashboard
- Content fingerprinting, which would also catch cropped or filtered copies, is in development and not a current feature
Your content assets are used only to search for copies and are never shared with third parties. You get a notification when a scan finds a new copy.
## Filing as Your Agent, and What Happens to Your Name
Each notice goes to the site that hosts the copy, through its DMCA agent or its own web form, and is filed on behalf of Adult Model Protection as your authorized agent. The rights holder named on the notice is your model (stage) name, and a site may pass it on to the uploader. Your legal name is only shared with your consent, and only with a recipient that needs it and keeps it confidential; it is never shared with Google, Bing, X, Cloudflare or others that publish or forward notices.
If the uploader files a counter-notice, the platform may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless it is told within that period that the copyright owner has filed a court action ([US Copyright Office](https://www.copyright.gov/512/)). Our takedown team tells you when a counter-notice arrives and explains your options; the decision is yours, and we do not give legal advice.
## Tube Sites, File Hosts and Search Results
Copyright law is territorial, and a site is never obligated to comply with a takedown notice ([US Copyright Office](https://www.copyright.gov/512/)). When a site ignores a notice, we follow up and, where possible, escalate to its hosting provider, registrar, ISP, Cloudflare or payment processor. Results vary.
[Search engine de-indexing](https://adultmodelprotection.com/services/search-engine-deindexing) asks Google and Bing to drop pages with your vids from their results, which matters most for sites that ignore notices: fewer people find the copy through a search for your creator name.
## After the Notice: Removal Checks and Re-uploads
Once a notice is out, page checks and manual checks show whether each copy is gone, and your dashboard lists every request with its status. Where a site has not acted, our takedown team follows up.
File lockers and tube sites can see the same vid uploaded again after a removal. Later scans and searches look for it again, and each repost found gets a new notice. Copies on [Twitter / X](https://adultmodelprotection.com/services/twitter-x-dmca), [Reddit](https://adultmodelprotection.com/services/reddit-dmca) or [Telegram](https://adultmodelprotection.com/services/telegram-content-removal) are handled as social media and messenger removals on the Luxe and higher plans.
## Timeline Expectations
ManyVids' own answer to how long a takedown takes is ["It depends!"](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005641186963-I-found-my-vid-on-another-site-How-do-I-submit-a-DMCA-takedown-request), and most sites publish no response time. Our estimate is 24 to 72 hours for a complete notice to a site that responds to notices; it is an estimate, not a guarantee, and sites that need escalation take longer.
## Reducing Future Leaks
ManyVids [encourages watermarking all content](https://help.manyvids.com/hc/en-ca/articles/44005580109843-Watermark-acceptance-criteria). It allows watermarks with your own brand, or a website you own and manage that matches your brand, but not watermarks that show URLs to other platforms. Subscriber-specific watermarking by AMP is in development and not a current feature.
