Fansly DMCA Takedown Service

Fansly content is sold behind subscriptions and paid posts. When it leaks, copies end up on leak sites, forums and social media, and each site removes a copy when it receives a valid copyright notice. We find the copies and file those notices for you.

Fansly creators earn through subscription tiers and locked media, also called PPV. Leaked posts can appear on tube sites, social media and piracy forums, with the same problem as leaked OnlyFans content: content that fans pay for is available for free.

Our Fansly DMCA service files takedown notices with the sites that host your leaked content, following each site's own procedure. We file under the name Adult Model Protection as your authorized agent, and a person on our takedown team checks each notice before it is sent.

Takedown notices to leak sites and search-engine de-indexing start on the Essentials plan (up to 100 platform notices a month). The Luxe and higher plans add unlimited notices, removals on social media and messengers such as X, Reddit, Telegram and Discord, and impersonation account removal.

Why Fansly Leaks Matter

Fansly is a subscription platform: creators offer fans access to exclusive content behind subscription tiers and sell locked media (PPV). The value of that content depends on it being exclusive, so a leak costs more than one lost sale.

Common Fansly Content Theft Patterns

Creators commonly report a few patterns. Knowing them helps us decide where to look.

Paid Posts and PPV Leaks

Subscribers screenshot or screen-record paid posts and share them on free sites, even though Fansly says users cannot save images or videos directly from a creator page.

Impersonation Accounts

Fake accounts use a creator's photos, bio and name, on other platforms or on Fansly itself, sometimes to send fans to a page the creator does not run. Impersonation is not a copyright case: it is reported through each platform's own impersonation route. For a fake profile on Fansly, Fansly's help page on stolen identity says to report it with the Report option on the profile or to [email protected].

Reposts on Other Platforms and Compilations

Copies of Fansly posts are reposted on other platforms, sometimes by someone who claims the content as their own. Some accounts and sites collect content from several creators in one place, which can make your content harder to spot.

What Fansly Offers, and What We Add

Fansly helps creators too. Its help page on stolen content says you can report a leak with links and evidence to [email protected] or through the Help button, and that Fansly will assist you in filing a DMCA takedown notice. You can also file notices yourself, for free, through Google's removal form and the copyright forms of individual sites.

What AMP adds is the work around those notices for Fansly creators: we find copies and list every URL, file each notice under AMP's name after a person checks it, then check removal, escalate where a site ignores us and look for reposts.

Comparison of two Fansly cases. Leaked paid content on other sites gets a DMCA notice to the hosting site, filed by AMP as your agent on Essentials and higher. An impersonation account is reported through the platform's own route on Luxe and higher.
Leaked content and impersonation accounts go through different reports.

Fansly also has a separate route for intimate imagery published without consent: a Notice of Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery, for material on Fansly. Fansly says that if your situation is better handled through its DMCA copyright process, it will route you there. For your own paid content copied to other sites, the copyright route is the one that fits, and it is the one we use.

Copies Posted on Fansly Itself

If another account uploads a copy of your content to Fansly, Fansly's DMCA policy says notices about work copied and published on Fansly go to its Designated Agent, whose address is on that page, preferably with the specific URLs. The policy says Fansly may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing, and that it notifies the affected user when it acts on a valid notice.

We file that notice as your agent, like any other platform notice. The rights holder named on the notice is your model (stage) name, and Fansly may show it to the uploader.

What a Notice Needs

A notice identifies your work and the exact URL of each copy, and carries contact details, good faith and accuracy statements and a signature; it does not need to prove financial damages (US Copyright Office). Our page on how a DMCA notice works explains each part.

No proof documents have to be attached. Your Fansly account, upload dates and original files can still support your ownership claim if it is questioned, so keep them.

How We Find Leaked Fansly Content

Our team runs regular scans of Google, Bing, Yandex and more than 500 known leak and piracy sites, and searches manually, including in private groups.

  • Reverse image searches on Google and Bing with the content assets you upload
  • Manual searches by your creator names
  • Searches for impersonation accounts that use your name or photos
  • Links you submit yourself from your dashboard
  • Content fingerprinting, which would also catch cropped or filtered copies, is in development and not a current feature

Your content assets are used only to search for copies and are never shared with third parties. You get a notification when a scan finds a new copy.

Filing as Your Agent, and What Happens to Your Name

Takedown notices go to the site that hosts the copy, through its DMCA agent or its own web form. We document the infringing URLs and the ownership details for each notice, and file it on behalf of Adult Model Protection as your authorized agent. The rights holder named on the notice is your model (stage) name, and a site may pass it on to the uploader. Your legal name is only shared with your consent, and only with a recipient that needs it and keeps it confidential; it is never shared with Google, Bing, X, Cloudflare or others that publish or forward notices.

If the person who posted a copy files a counter-notice, the platform may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless it is told within that period that the copyright owner has filed a court action (US Copyright Office). Our takedown team tells you when a counter-notice arrives and explains your options; the decision is yours, and we do not give legal advice.

Sites Outside the US and Escalation

Copyright law is territorial, and a site is never obligated to comply with a takedown notice (US Copyright Office). Some sites outside the US ignore notices, and a notice does not force them to act.

When a site ignores a notice, we follow up and, where possible, escalate to its hosting provider, registrar, ISP, Cloudflare or payment processor. Results vary. Search engine de-indexing can still ask Google and Bing to drop a page from their results, so fewer people find it.

After the Notice: Removal Checks and Reposts

Once a notice is out, page checks and manual checks show whether each copy of your Fansly content is gone, and your dashboard lists every request with its status. Where a site has not acted, our takedown team follows up.

Content removed from one site can show up on another. Later scans and searches look for it again, and each repost found gets a new notice. Copies on Twitter / X or Discord are handled as social media and messenger removals on the Luxe and higher plans.

Timeline Expectations

Most sites publish no response time for copyright notices. Our estimate is 24 to 72 hours for a complete notice to a site that responds to notices; it is an estimate, not a guarantee, and sites that need escalation take longer.

Reducing Future Leaks

Fansly lets you add a watermark to your media from the Uploads section of your Creator Dashboard, and says a watermark can help identify who shared leaked content. Subscriber-specific watermarking by AMP is in development and not a current feature.

Taking care over who gets access to your most valuable content, and removing subscribers who share it, can also reduce leaks. Turn on two-factor authentication to protect your account.

Fansly and the Law

Platforms that want DMCA safe harbor protection must have a policy to terminate repeat infringers (US Copyright Office). Fansly's DMCA policy says it is its firm policy to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate.

Copyright law does not give extra protection because an account is verified; Fansly's creator verification is an identity and age check. Registration with the Copyright Office is not required before sending a takedown notice, but statutory damages generally depend on timely registration (17 U.S.C. 412), so ask a copyright attorney about your works. Adult Model Protection is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

If the content shows you under 18, or you are in danger

  • Explicit images or videos of you taken before you were 18: use NCMEC's free Take It Down service and report to the CyberTipline. Adult Model Protection serves adults only.
  • Explicit images of you as an adult shared without your consent: StopNCII.org is a free tool. If someone is threatening you, see sextortion and blackmail help.
  • If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.

How It Works

Our team runs the scans, and every notice is checked by our takedown team before it is sent. Here is what happens from the moment you register to the moment we check that your content is gone.

1

Finding Your Fansly Content

Our team scans search engines and more than 500 known leak and piracy sites, runs reverse image searches with your content assets and searches manually.

2

Collecting the URLs

We list the exact URL of every copy, and note impersonation accounts that use your name or photos.

3

Notice Through Each Site's Procedure

A complete DMCA notice, checked by a person, is filed under AMP's name as your agent, through the site's DMCA agent or web form.

4

Removal Check and Follow-up

We check whether each page is gone and follow up or escalate when it is not. Your dashboard shows the status of every request.

5

Reposts

Later scans and manual searches look for reposts, and each repost found gets a new notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan do I need for Fansly takedowns?

Takedown notices to leak sites and search-engine de-indexing start on the Essentials plan, with up to 100 platform notices a month and unlimited de-indexing. The Luxe and higher plans include unlimited notices, social media and messenger removals and impersonation account removal. The Free plan includes a quarterly web scan but no takedowns.

How do I report a copy or an impersonator posted on Fansly itself?

A copy of your content on Fansly goes to Fansly's Designated Agent as a DMCA notice, as set out in Fansly's DMCA policy; we can file it as your agent. A fake profile on Fansly is reported with the Report option on the profile or to Fansly support, and impersonation account removal is part of the Luxe and higher plans.

Can you handle both content leaks and impersonation accounts?

Yes. Leaked content is handled with DMCA notices, and impersonation accounts are reported through each platform's impersonation route, which we file as your authorized representative. Impersonation account removal is included on the Luxe and higher plans.

How do you find stolen Fansly content that doesn't appear in regular searches?

We use reverse image searches with your content assets and manual searches by our takedown team, which also cover private groups. We do not guarantee that every copy in a private group or channel is found, and you can submit links yourself from your dashboard.
