Fanvue DMCA Takedown Service

Fanvue content is sold through subscriptions and pay-to-view messages. When it leaks, copies end up on leak sites, forums and search results, and each site reviews a valid copyright notice and can remove the copy. We find the copies and file those notices for you.

Fanvue describes itself as a social subscription platform where creators set their own subscription price and also earn through pay-to-view (PPV) messages and standalone content sales. A leak puts that paid content on free sites, the same problem creators face with leaked OnlyFans content.

This page is for creators who sell on Fanvue and want copies of their content removed. We file DMCA notices with the sites that host your leaked content, following each site's own procedure, under the name Adult Model Protection as your authorized agent. A person on our takedown team checks each notice before it is sent.

Takedown notices to leak sites and search-engine de-indexing start on the Essentials plan (up to 100 platform notices a month). The Luxe and higher plans add unlimited notices, removals on social media and messengers such as X, Reddit, Telegram and Discord, and impersonation account removal.

Why Fanvue Leaks Matter

On Fanvue, fans can follow a creator for free, but full access to exclusive content requires an active subscription, and PPV messages and standalone sales are paid for separately. Fanvue is for adults only, and creators who declare at verification that they will post explicit content may upload it. The value of that content depends on it staying behind the paywall, so a leak costs more than one lost sale.

Common Fanvue Content Theft Patterns

Creators commonly report a few patterns. Knowing them helps us decide where to look.

  • Paid posts and PPV messages recorded or saved by a subscriber and shared on leak sites, forums and tube sites
  • Fake profiles that use a creator's photos and name, on Fanvue or on look-alike pages built to copy Fanvue's design
  • Reposts on social media and compilations that collect several creators' content in one place, which makes a single creator's content harder to spot

What Fanvue Offers, and What We Add

Fanvue lists its own content protection measures: watermarking, right-click prevention, screenshot detection on supported devices, and session analytics with account locking for suspicious behaviour. It says attempts to scrape or copy content against its rules lead to an investigation and possible account termination, and that it partners with content protection and anti-piracy vendors to monitor the internet for unauthorized distribution. Adult Model Protection is not affiliated with Fanvue.

You can also act yourself, for free: Fanvue takes copyright notices through its online complaints form, and Google and most sites have their own copyright forms. What AMP adds is the work around those notices: we find copies across search engines and known leak sites, list every URL, file each notice under AMP's name after a person checks it, then check removal, escalate where a site ignores us and look for reposts.

Which Fanvue Route Fits Your Case

Fanvue's complaints policy sends intellectual property infringement, "such as Content theft", to its DMCA policy, and non-consensual intimate images to a separate NCII takedown policy. For your own paid content copied without permission, the copyright route is the one that fits, and it is the one we use.

Comparison of two Fanvue routes. Copied paid content goes through Fanvue's DMCA policy and notices to each hosting site, filed by AMP as your agent on Essentials and higher. Intimate images published without consent, including deepfakes, go through Fanvue's separate NCII policy, with removal within 48 hours of a valid request.
Copied paid content and intimate images shared without consent go through different Fanvue routes.

The NCII route is for intimate images published on Fanvue without the consent of the person shown, including digital forgeries (deepfakes). Fanvue says it will remove the identified content within 48 hours of a valid request and take reasonable steps to remove copies on the platform and to prevent re-uploads, and that it tells the uploader without revealing who made the request. A request can come from an authorised representative; we file these requests as your authorized representative on the Luxe and higher plans, and deepfake removal is part of the Glamour and higher plans.

Copies Posted on Fanvue Itself

Fanvue's DMCA policy applies only to content published on fanvue.com. Fanvue is not a US-based company; the policy says it complies with the DMCA's notice-and-takedown provisions voluntarily. Copyright owners or their authorised agents file through the online complaints form, Fanvue's designated agent is its Copyright Agent in London, and notices must be written in English.

When Fanvue receives a valid notice, the policy says it removes or disables access to the material, notifies the user responsible and tells them about their right to file a counter-notice. Fanvue's complaints policy says it reviews complaints within 5 calendar days and is not obliged to share detailed findings with the person who complained. We file the notice as your agent, like any other platform notice; the rights holder named on it is your model (stage) name, and Fanvue may show it to the uploader.

Fake Fanvue Profiles and Look-alike Pages

Fanvue's help page on impersonation separates two cases. A page whose address does not start with fanvue.com is not a Fanvue profile but a fake page copying Fanvue's look; Fanvue says it cannot take it down and points you to the domain owner. For a profile on fanvue.com that impersonates you, Fanvue handles the case through its support team and confirms identity with identity documents. On the Luxe and higher plans our takedown team contacts Fanvue for you and files the copyright notice for the photos the fake profile uses. If Fanvue asks for proof of identity, we tell you and you decide whether to share it; we do not submit identity documents for you.

The same page says media used to earn money on Fanvue can be removed if the original owner claims it and the uploader has no counterclaim, and Fanvue's moderation policy points impersonation-related takedowns to the DMCA policy. We can file that copyright notice for the photos and videos a fake profile uses. For look-alike pages on other domains, we report to the site and, where it does not act, to its hosting provider or registrar. Impersonation account removal is part of the Luxe and higher plans.

What a Notice Needs

Fanvue's policy asks for a signature, identification of your work and of each copy with enough detail to find it, contact details, a good faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act. Our page on how a DMCA notice works explains each part.

How We Find Leaked Fanvue Content

Our team runs regular scans of Google, Bing, Yandex and more than 500 known leak and piracy sites, and searches manually, including in private groups.

  • Reverse image searches on Google and Bing with the content assets you upload
  • Manual searches by your creator names
  • Searches for fake profiles that use your name or photos
  • Links you submit yourself from your dashboard
  • Content fingerprinting, which would also catch cropped or filtered copies, is in development and not a current feature

Your content assets are used only to search for copies and are never shared with third parties. You get a notification when a scan finds a new copy.

Filing as Your Agent, and What Happens to Your Name

Notices go to the site that hosts the copy, through its DMCA agent or its own web form. We document the infringing URLs and the ownership details for each notice, and file it on behalf of Adult Model Protection as your authorized agent. The rights holder named on the notice is your model (stage) name, and a site may pass it on to the uploader. Your legal name is only shared with your consent, and only with a recipient that needs it and keeps it confidential; it is never shared with Google, Bing, X, Cloudflare or others that publish or forward notices.

Fanvue says it forwards a valid counter-notice to the original claimant, and the content may be restored after 10 to 14 business days unless Fanvue is told within that period that the copyright owner has started legal action (Fanvue DMCA policy; US Copyright Office). Because we file as your agent, a counter-notice comes to us: our takedown team tells you and explains your options, the decision is yours, and we do not give legal advice.

Sites Outside the US and Escalation

Copyright law is territorial, and a site is never obligated to comply with a takedown notice (US Copyright Office). Some leak sites outside the US ignore notices, and a notice does not force them to act.

When a site ignores a notice, we follow up and, where possible, escalate to its hosting provider, registrar, ISP, Cloudflare or payment processor. Results vary. Search engine de-indexing can still ask Google and Bing to drop a page from their results, so fewer people find it.

After the Notice: Removal Checks and Reposts

Once a notice is out, page checks and manual checks show whether each copy of your Fanvue content is gone, and your dashboard lists every request with its status. Where a site has not acted, our takedown team follows up.

Content removed from one site can show up on another. Later scans and searches look for it again, and each repost found gets a new notice. Copies on Twitter / X, Reddit or Telegram are handled as social media and messenger removals on the Luxe and higher plans.

Timeline Expectations

Most leak sites publish no response time for copyright notices. Our estimate is 24 to 72 hours for a complete notice to a site that responds to notices; it is an estimate, not a guarantee, and sites that need escalation take longer.

Reducing Future Leaks

Taking care over who gets your most valuable content, such as high-priced PPV messages, and removing subscribers who share it can reduce leaks. Subscriber-specific watermarking by AMP is in development and not a current feature.

Fanvue and the Law

Fanvue's DMCA policy says it may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly false notices or counter-notices can lead to liability. Registration with the US Copyright Office is not required before sending a takedown notice, but statutory damages generally depend on timely registration (17 U.S.C. 412), so ask a copyright attorney about your works. Adult Model Protection is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

If the content shows you under 18, or you are in danger

  • Explicit images or videos of you taken before you were 18: use NCMEC's free Take It Down service and report to the CyberTipline. Adult Model Protection serves adults only.
  • Explicit images of you as an adult shared without your consent: StopNCII.org is a free tool. If someone is threatening you, see sextortion and blackmail help.
  • If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.

How It Works

Our team runs the scans, and every notice is checked by our takedown team before it is sent. Here is what happens from the moment you register to the moment we check that your content is gone.

1

Finding Your Fanvue Content

Our team scans search engines and more than 500 known leak and piracy sites, runs reverse image searches with your content assets and searches manually.

2

Collecting the URLs

We list the exact URL of every copy, and note fake profiles and look-alike pages that use your name or photos.

3

Notice Through Each Site's Procedure

A complete DMCA notice, checked by a person, is filed under AMP's name as your agent, through the site's DMCA agent or web form, including Fanvue's complaints form for copies on Fanvue.

4

Removal Check and Follow-up

We check whether each page is gone and follow up or escalate when it is not. Your dashboard shows the status of every request.

5

Reposts

Later scans and manual searches look for reposts, and each repost found gets a new notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan do I need for Fanvue takedowns?

Takedown notices to leak sites and search-engine de-indexing start on the Essentials plan, with up to 100 platform notices a month and unlimited de-indexing. The Luxe and higher plans include unlimited notices, social media and messenger removals and impersonation account removal. The Free plan includes a quarterly web scan but no takedowns.

Should I use Fanvue's DMCA route or its NCII route for leaked paid content?

Fanvue's complaints policy sends content theft to its DMCA policy and non-consensual intimate images to its NCII takedown policy. For your own paid content copied without permission, the DMCA route fits. The NCII route is for intimate images published without the consent of the person shown, including deepfakes.

Someone made a fake Fanvue profile with my photos. What can be done?

If the page is on fanvue.com, our takedown team contacts Fanvue's support for you and files a copyright notice for the photos and videos the fake profile uses. Fanvue confirms identity with identity documents; if it asks for them, we tell you and you decide whether to share them. If the page only copies Fanvue's look on another domain, Fanvue cannot remove it, and we report it to the site and its hosting provider or registrar. Impersonation removal is part of the Luxe and higher plans.

Fanvue already works with anti-piracy vendors. Why use AMP?

Fanvue says it partners with content protection and anti-piracy vendors to monitor the internet. Adult Model Protection is not affiliated with Fanvue and works for you directly: we search for your content, file notices as your agent, show every request and its status in your dashboard and follow up where a site does not act. You can also file notices yourself for free.

Protect Your Fanvue Content and Subscription Income

Adult Model Protection finds leaked copies of your Fanvue content and files takedown notices for you. Start with the Free plan and its quarterly web scan to see what is already out there.
